Custom Mailers

Whenever we list a home, we take an extra step to connect with the neighborhood. We design and mail out custom “Just Listed” cards to nearby homes as soon as the property hits the market, letting neighbors know what’s new on their street. Then, once the home sells, we follow up with a “Gone” card to share the success. This two-step approach not only keeps the community informed, but also creates multiple points of contact with potential future sellers — all with beautifully designed, property-specific mailers.

Open House Ads

When we host an open house, we make sure it gets noticed. Every event is promoted with custom ads on Facebook and Instagram, complete with eye-catching graphics created by our graphic designer. Each post is tailored specifically to the home and its unique features, helping us attract more potential buyers and generate buzz before the doors even open.

Social Media Marketing

Our marketing doesn’t stop there — we create a variety of custom social media posts to showcase your home in the best possible light. From “Just Listed” announcements and property spotlights to posts that highlight special features or unique selling points, every graphic and caption is designed to draw attention and keep your home in front of as many eyes as possible.

Creative Video Marketing

We also use video to showcase homes in fun and memorable ways. One example is a video we created that highlights a property’s beautiful backyard — complete with an adorable puppy stealing the spotlight. It’s a lighthearted, engaging approach that not only shows off the best features of the home but also captures attention and makes the listing stand out on social media.
