Hello there!
Smedley - a trusted name in real estate for over 50 years in Springfield, Ohio. Lisa is a third-generation Realtor and now a licensed broker. She is the current owner of Home City Real Estate, continuing the legacy of Sue Smedley, (her mother), and her partners who opened their very own real estate office in 1979. Lisa received her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and works regularly to update and maintain her license.
Lisa is a full-time, full-service agent/broker assisting in all facets of real estate including residential and investment properties. She also has her certification as an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) offering a very comprehensive service to those over 50.
Being born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, she has developed a strong understanding of the local real estate market. Lisa has been serving the greater Springfield area for 33 years. She has been involved in
many nonprofit organizations, a coach, a photographer for many events, and active in the local and state Real Estate communities. She is honest, dedicated, hard-working, and takes pride in going above and beyond to ensure her clients find the home of their dreams.
Outside of real estate, Lisa loves the arts, music, painting, gardening, and bicycling. Family is number one which includes her three adult children and of course her dogs.

My name is Toni Naill. I have spent the last eight years learning and growing as a Realtor – from 2015 to today. It is all about the people I work with. I am passionate about my clients and finding the perfect home for them. I have spent almost a decade assisting clients and their families in the Springfield area to get exactly what they want while carefully guiding them every step of the way.

Before I began my journey as a Realtor, I retired from the Clark County Treasurers Office after 31 years of service. I graduated from both Clark State Community College with an associates in accounting and Wittenberg University with a Bachelors of Arts. I even worked as an adjunct instructor at Clark State where I taught accounting and computer classes.

I am a lifelong resident of Springfield. I live with my wonderful son, Evan, my two dogs and two cats. Outside of real estate, I love to spend time with my family and I am an avid reader.

I’m Debra! Meaning: a feminine name of English origin, Debra means “bee” and is the short form of Deborah. In ancient times, bees were seen as symbols of productivity and wealth, as they produced honey and wax. I stay “busy as a bee” assisting my client’s in their real estate transactions! Hi! I’m Christina Harrington, but everyone calls me T. I’ve lived in Springfield my whole life always calling the Ridgewood neighborhood home. I come from a family of four girls, and we’re often referred to as the “Lohnes girls,” as my maiden name is Lohnes.
I am married to my husband Jordan who is my right hand man when it comes to updating houses for clients. You’ll catch me out and about around Springfield with my dogs or hanging out with my family watching a football game.
